I set up WordPress websites and make feedback-based design choices focused on meeting organizational goals, not just as a pretty face.

Audio/Video editing

I work with onsite technicians to capture great audio, an essential for educational and conference videos. Afterwards, I'm the team member with a sharp eye to copyright compliance during editing.

Web Analytics

After running Google Analytics and Hootsuite analytics on email newsletters, websites, and social media accounts, I interpret that data to create actionable strategies for greater engagement.

Project Management

I mediate stakeholder feedback, passing it along as technical specifications to expert consultants to get outcomes that are just what we needed.

Training

Through remote or in-person training, I prepare clients or staff to complete new tasks with confidence.

Motivation

I consider creating a positive work environment to be a shared responsibility, whether it takes the form of employee appreciation requested by the CEO or a "Congratulations" mentioned in passing.
